My
shutter does not work? What sould I do?
1- Control whether your remote-controller works or not. Press
the button on the remote-controller. In case of weak or no
signal, change battery. If your shutter works with button or
switch, control the electricity.
2- Control electricty network. Control main fuses, shutter
fuses, electricity cables, fuses on controller pane. (These
controls should be made by an expert electrician.)

Sound
of engine work can be heard but the shutter does not move.
1- Be sure that manuel break-release system used in power cuts
is closed properly (See Manual Use)
2- Control whether the shutter crosses with a barrier or not.
(signboard, covering, awning, etc.) Sometimes; signboard, covering,
plastering, etc made after shutter montage, cause manual mechanism
to be stuck. Please take precautions.
3- Control whether network voltage is steady or not. (These
controls should be made by an expert electrician.)
4- Control the position of centeral mechanical lock that may
be used optionally. (Only for models with mechanical lock)
