1- The engine of the product is under guarantee against faults during montage and production. Mechanical parts are not under guarantee.

2- This guarantee is not valid if user does not obey the rules mentioned in the automatic shutter and door systems manual guide.

3- The guarantee is not valid in case of an intervention made by anyone except Serranda Technical Support Service. In this condition, technical support is served besides this service, new engine and other parts are invoiced.

4- The guarantee is not valid in case of damages caused by user mistakes.

5- The guarantee is not valid if the problem is resulted from network electricity, power supply, generator or other systems that provide electricity.
